Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Hospitality qualification or diploma advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor within a 4 or 5‑star hotel
- Boutique hotel experience highly advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS or a similar system essential
