We are looking for a Night Crew Supervisor who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑service‑centric, team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Hire, motivate and mentor Team Members
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity
- Handle Team Member issues as they arise
- Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and loss prevention
- Merchandise, manage inventory and schedule to meet financial objectives
- Implement initiatives that support company objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers and Vendors
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fresh/grocery/dairy/frozen department with management experience and product knowledge
