Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Desk and provide guest service during the night shift.
• Perform daily cash control duties and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, reservations, and purchasing on Pursuit Attraction platforms (Maestro, Expedia, Booking.com, Wizard).
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate and accommodate guest requests with other team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest areas.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently and handle cash, credit cards, and cash‑out forms accurately.
