Qualifications
- Delivers exceptional guest service aligned with Fairmont brand standards, ensuring warm, courteous, and attentive interactions while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of all front office transactions by auditing postings, balances, reports, and guest accounts, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Manages daily financial and operational processes, including end-of-day procedures, reporting, and monitoring key metrics (revenues, occupancy, accounts) to support efficient front office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant Front Office or Night Audit experience in a luxury hotel with strong knowledge of hotel operations, auditing procedures, and financial reconciliation with high attention to detail.
