About us

This role is responsible for overseeing the transportation, delivery, dock management, and distribution under retail and FMCG operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Performs order validation and screeningMonitor daily logistics and transportation operations
Coordinate with suppliers, truckers, warehouse teams, and customers
Ensure on-time delivery and dispatch of shipments
Track deliveries and resolve operational issues or delays
Prepare logistics reports, documentation, and billing records
Monitor fleet utilization, routing, and delivery schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Handle incident reporting, escalations, and corrective actions (CAPA/IR)
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements
