New Zealand: Real Estate Project Managers (2 Vacancies)

The Pacific Area Meetinghouse Facilities department is seeking to appoint two (2) Real Estate Project Managers based at the Area Office in Takapuna, Auckland. These are permanent full-time positions reporting to the Area Real Estate Manager. 

The Real Estate Project Manager oversees a range of real estate projects, including the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of Church assets. This role will lead multiple projects across various locations within the assigned geography, utilising local real estate contractors and agents while adhering to approved processes established by policy and legal counsel. The Real Estate Project Managers ensure department objectives are accomplished within prescribed scope and time frames using approved resources. The role also requires the successful candidate to travel overseas as required.
