New Programs Launch Engineer

Company dedicated to the **manufacturing of bolts for internal combustion engines**, with more than **15 years of experience in the Mexican market**, is looking for a:
**New Programs Launch Engineer**
This position is responsible to support New Programs introduction, from Cost Estimates to proper APQP Process execution. This role requires proactive interaction with other departments to assure successful New programs implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.
- 2 years: Experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills and capable of handling multiple and varied duties and responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English (written & business conversations).
- Understand and be able to read CAD and part print.
