Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential
- Minimum 5 years' management experience within a training, transport, logistics, driver training, or related environment
- Proven experience managing teams and operational functions
- Experience in training and development programs
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational improvement
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Training, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field advantageous
- Certified Facilitator/Trainer qualification preferred
- Assessor and/or Moderator certification advantageous
- Valid South African Driver's License essential/ Code EC - advantageous
- PDP (Professional Driving Permit) - advantageous
