Networking Engineer (Santa María)

Centris Information Services is a leading provider of high-quality, bilingual (English & Spanish) contact center services based in Longview, Texas, with major operations in Monterrey and Aguascalientes, Mexico. We are looking for a Networking Engineer to join our IT team and play a critical role in managing and maintaining our network infrastructure. This role focuses on configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco switches, Fortinet firewalls, SonicWall firewalls, and Ubiquiti access points & controllers.

• Configure, deploy, and manage Cisco switches (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, QoS).
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls, including VPNs, NAT, security policies, IDS/IPS, and content filtering.
