Network Transportation Manager at GoBolt

Take the lead in logistics with GoBolt as their Network Transportation Manager in Downtown Toronto. Oversee key transportation operations, focusing on efficiency and partnership management.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Transportation, and involves daily management of merchant pick-ups, GoBolt freight movements, and last-mile routing. We're looking for an energetic leader with a proven track record in transportation and excellent relationship-building abilities to drive our operations forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage merchant pick-ups and drop-offs effectively
• Source new mid-mile partnerships and optimize existing routes
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Report on carrier performance and initiate improvements
• Support and mentor the routing team for enhanced productivity
