Qualifications
- ~2-5 years experience in network support or cabling-related role
- Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to follow runbooks
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
- Experience working with Patch panels, racks, cable trays, labeling standards
- Strong understanding of Network fundamentals (IP, subnet, VLAN basics)
- Strong understanding of Structured cabling (copper & fiber)
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of copper and fiber cabling (patching, labeling, certification)
- Support rack & stack activities, including switch installation and cable management
- Assist in VLAN configuration and basic network setup under engineer guidance
