Network Support Engineer (L1) – Troubleshooting & Connectivity

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Network Support Engineer – L1 in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. This role involves providing first-level technical support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.

The candidate will support a variety of tasks including monitoring network devices and troubleshooting basic LAN/WAN and VPN issues, in addition to maintaining documentation and incident logs.
