The role will be responsible for handling L3 escalations, complex troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, network changes, configuration reviews, performance monitoring, and operational governance. The candidate should guide L1/L2 teams, coordinate with vendors/ISPs, support audits, maintain network documentation, and ensure high availability of business-critical network services.
