Responsibilities
Technical Design & Customer Engagement
- Conduct technical discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to understand connectivity requirements.
- Design end‑to‑end IoT wireless network solutions using managed cellular routers and modems.
- Translate customer requirements into device configurations, deployment standards, and implementation plans.
- Support customers through network integration activities including LAN/WAN design, VPN/IPsec, and routing strategy.
