Network Service Lead

What does the job look like?

As the Network Services Lead within our Intermodal Business, you will play a key role in keeping one of Australia's largest transport networks moving. You'll take ownership of network planning, operational coordination and service delivery, ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently and on time across a national footprint.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in West Melbourne, working Monday - Friday with flexibility to work between 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm. Key areas: 

Coordinate national rail and transport services to ensure contractual service requirements are delivered safely and on time

Oversee network capacity and resource utilisation across fleet, equipment, subcontractors and operational requirements

Build strong relationships with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise outcomes
