Job responsibilities:
- Service management for operation and administration of equipment and environments in scope (backups, log management, health monitoring, etc.)
- Customer management. Point of contacts, reporting, KPIs definition and tracking
- SLA, Deviations analysis, justification, improvement, etc.
- Internal processes improvement Team Management
- Shift planning and management
- Preventions and guards planning
