Role: Network Security Specialist (PSO)

• Provide support to Citi perimeter security infrastructure, including firewall, proxy, and remote access systems.
• Investigate, document, and resolve outages to critical business systems caused by firewall, proxy, or remote access systems.
• Escalate issues and track progress with Client engineering teams, vendors, or other technical resource teams.
• Work incidents or projects beyond the scope of the level 2 team, including scheduling multiple changes, software upgrades, or configuration activities to resolve.
