Network Security Engineer- MFT and Globalscape EFT

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Globalscape EFT and Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with secure file transfer protocols, system configurations, and incident management in high-availability environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Globalscape EFT / MFT environments and SFTP tools Configure and maintain file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS Perform account creation, event rule configuration, connection profiles, and key pair setup Handle P1 & P2 incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence Work on DMZ, RAM, and AWE configurations for secure file transfers Support and manage High Availability (HA) servers and RAM agents Perform encryption/decryption activities, SSL configuration, and permission group setups Monitor and resolve tickets independently with minimal escalations Diagnose root causes and provide permanent fixes for recurring iss...
