Job Description:
Decommission services including removal of IP addresses, external DNS entries, and SSL certificates across firewalls, load balancers, external DNS, proxies, and micro-segmentation.
Assist with change management, creation of runbooks, SOPs, change requests, and coordination for approval.
Perform software upgrades on firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortigate), load balancers (F5), proxies (Zscaler, Forcepoint), IPS (Cisco FTD/FMC), micro-segmentation (Trend Micro), and security management tools (Panorama, Smart Console).
Assist with on-call escalation and Level 3 support as needed.
Implement daily changes across firewalls, load balancers, proxies, micro-segmentation, external DNS, and CDN, including planned DR activities.
Provide planned go-live standby support for newly released projects.
