The Network Engineer

The Network Engineer will be responsible for the Network monitoring/troubleshooting/break fix incidents/changes primarily on Cisco Technologies with additional Load balancer, Firewall, Proxy and Wireless services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for meeting the delivery targets set by management.
  • Ensuring delivery is within and better than prescribed SLA levels and helping establish processes for continuous service improvement.
  • Supporting, maintaining & improving user experience in network connectivity.
  • Providing accurate, timely diagnosis & rectification of user's network faults.
  • Monitoring network events through world‑class monitoring tools and acknowledging/fixing the alert incidents.
  • Resolving or escalating incidents/problems/SR per established procedures.
