The Network EngineerThe Network Engineer will be responsible for the Network monitoring/troubleshooting/break fix incidents/changes primarily on Cisco Technologies with additional Load balancer, Firewall, Proxy and Wireless services.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for meeting the delivery targets set by management.Ensuring delivery is within and better than prescribed SLA levels and helping establish processes for continuous service improvement.Supporting, maintaining & improving user experience in network connectivity.Providing accurate, timely diagnosis & rectification of user's network faults.Monitoring network events through world‐class monitoring tools and acknowledging/fixing the alert incidents.Resolving or escalating incidents/problems/SR per established procedures.Tracking incidents to progress and conclusion in line with SLA and quality standards.Working within an ITIL environment for Change and Incident management.Handling incidents raised by alerts, service desk or end u...
