Network Provisioning Manager – Subsea Optical Services

We are seeking a Network Provisioning Manager to manage and coordinate the delivery of lit wavelength and spectrum‑based services across dedicated subsea fibre pairs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer point of contact for the delivery of lit and spectrum services, owning customer communications across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Own customer communications including service milestones, delivery plans, on‑net and off‑net dependencies, maintenance windows, risks, and readiness updates.
• Manage customer expectations around delivery timelines, physical access, and service acceptance; coordinate handover and transition into operational support.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end service delivery for on‑net services across owned infrastructure and off‑net services via third‑party carriers and partners.
