Customer Service Representative / Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in clerical works.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office.
- Monitor and ensure adequate amount of office supplies are in stock.
- Perform other duties and assignments that may be assigned or required by the General Manager.
- Coordinate with suppliers (e.g., water, office supplies, etc.).
- Assist in facilitating, monitoring, coordinating and safekeeping of all admin‑related business permits.
- Prepare, monitor, submit and route all admin‑related documents.
- Maintain and keep up‑to‑date files/records and reports, and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Admin Department/Company.
