Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Support Lead (L2/L3) to join a large-scale infrastructure support environment supporting client. This is a client-facing, onsite role that requires strong technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to operate in a highly visible support environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Client infrastructure team, supporting a complex enterprise network environment of approximately 20,000 devices and collaborating with global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 network support in a large enterprise setting
- Act as a lead resource for network-related issues and escalations
- Support enterprise network infrastructure, including routing and switching
- Work closely with the onsite infrastructure team in Calgary
