**Key Responsibilities**
**Monitor network alerts and dashboards (L1 support)**
**Log incidents and raise tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)**
**Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues**
**Validate network-related data, reports, and device inventory**
**Support escalation to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation**
**Track SLA, outage reports, and daily operational updates**
**Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs**
** Required Skills**
**Basic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)**
**Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls (basic)**
