Role Overview

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer in a maintenance role, you will remotely diagnose hardware and networking problems, facilitate router repairs, manage Akamai’s hardware assets, and coordinate with datacenter and ISP staff. You will work with a worldwide team of field technicians and collaborate closely with external partners and internal teams.
