Responsibility:1.
Provide back line technical assistant and support to System Integration, Distributor and T2 channel partner.2.
Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of services deliver in those countries;3.
Develop channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training (Certified Training)/workshop regularly;4.
Close collaborate with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end customer support requests;5.

Strong responsibility and ability to integrated resource;3.
Able to speak English and Spanish fluently;4.
Technical skills in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration is mandatory, additional experience in campus networks are added advantages;5.
