Network Engineer

Job Description:

1. Oversees projects management and implementation
2. Codify implementation design into documented for end user's record
3. Conduct training and presentation for team members and end-users
4. Provide technical testing or support to pre-sales engineer/customer on the network setup
5. Assist on technical communications with customer/partner, to ensure closure of sales order
6. Ensuring that the solution can deliver on the customer's requirements
7. Work closely with Level 2 support, if case issue is escalated to Level 3
8. Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors and
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience in a SI or distributor environment with network security skillset
