We are looking for a Network Engineer to provide comprehensive L2 and L3 support for complex, high-availability network infrastructures. The candidate will be responsible for advanced routing, security management, incident resolution, and performance optimization. This role is dedicated to maintaining system stability and operational continuity through proactive monitoring and timely problem resolution.
Please note: This position requires availability for a 24/7 rotational shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays) to ensure round-the-clock network coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Network Operations & Incident Management
- Handle L2 and L3 incident escalations during assigned shifts, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical outages to prevent recurrence.
