DXC Spain is looking for an SDN Network Engineer to join an international project for an important client.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test and maintain the network infrastructure, switches, routers, and SDN elements such as VMware NSX and various network management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of network and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with Support & Engineering Teams to implement fixes.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce manual intervention time on any tasks.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
