Network Engineer – Radio Access Design and Optimization

ELITS Canada Inc., part of Accelerate within the IVER Group, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead radio access network (RAN) design, implementation, and optimization across large metropolitan and statewide markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end radio network design, implementation, tuning, and optimization for multi‑technology networks including 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, 4G LTE, IoT, and CBRS.
• Serve as the technical lead on multiple projects, including at least one large‑scale deployment, overseeing technical workstreams and acting as the primary technical interface to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Perform detailed radio network analysis (accessibility, retainability, handover success) and develop corrective action plans based on event analysis and performance data.
