Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology with Software Technology. With at least Three(3) years’ experience in the same capacity is required for this position.
Responsible for supporting on customer’s concerns and needs.
Provide technical skills needed by sales on their selling cycle stage.
Collaborate and document daily task through reports, ticketing system, email, online meeting platform.
Serve company’s internal IT needs.
