Job Scope:
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancer.
- Perform system configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure network stability and availability.
- Support AWS networking and connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments, including VPC, VPN, and related network service.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
- Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and resolve connectivity or performance issues.
- Support firewall configurations, security controls, and remediation activities to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Participate in change implementation, maintenance activities, and after-hours support when required.
