Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to clients and internal teams. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Product and network-related issues. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary. Document support cases, resolutions, and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.Required Skills and Qualifications:
