**Network Development Director - LATAM**:
**Job Purpose**
The Network Development Director will be responsible for delivering network growth of IWG locations across LATAM, in addition to supporting and executing leasing transactions, renewals and maintaining positive relationships with Landlords within an existing portfolio.
The Network Development Director will take accountability for communicating the growth in the flexible work market and selling the opportunities of the IWG proposition to property owners, developers, investor and real estate brokers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Asset / property management - maintain a log and resolve existing real estate portfolio issues, contract extensions, renewals and re-negotiate where necessary and appropriate.
- Take initiative and negotiate with existing Landlords within the assigned portfolio for the renewals and restructuring of the existing leases.
