The Network & Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for devices, network infrastructure & security, IT systems & Security systems such as CCTV & Biometrics. This role ensures reliable operation of desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices and services while delivering prompt and effective support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Desktop & End-User Support
· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux))
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory / Azure AD)
· Provide on-site and remote support to users.
