Position Overview
This role supports the Network Delivery team by identifying operational inefficiencies, exploring innovative technologies, and aiding the implementation of digital solutions that enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting existing manual business processes using flowcharts, process maps, and other process improvement tools.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or digitalisation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve productivity.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for digital solutions that can modernise traditional operational processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Conduct research on emerging digital technologies, automation tools, AI solutions, and collaboration platforms relevant to network operations and business process transformation.
