To provide network administration for the organization’s data and voice network connectivity which includes installation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN setup and coordination with branch personnel and telecommunication companies for communication line problem and restoration.
- Configure network hardware changes and addition that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Maintain and monitor network connectivity of all servers, voice equipment, switch, routers, firewalls and other devices.
- Maintain and monitor network connectivity and performance of IPVPN/MPLS, SIP, SDWAN, VPN of WFH users including websites with internet connections.
- Troubleshoot network problem when detected and provide immediate resolution and update report to all concerned in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with telecommunication companies for trouble circuits and make follow‑up for immediate restoration.
