Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled NetApp Storage Administrator (L2) to manage, maintain, and support enterprise storage environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetApp storage systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle L2-level incidents, service requests, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
:• Administer and support NetApp storage systems (ONTAP-based systems including FAS/AFF)
.• Perform storage provisioning (volumes, LUNs, aggregates, CIFS/NFS shares)
.• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability
.• Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and problem management
.• Perform health checks, upgrades, and patching of storage systems
.• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and hardware/software issues
