About the role:
We are looking for an Experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for our products and solutions in NetApp BU.
What you'll do:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary technical liaison for NetApp services and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of NetApp updates and industry trends, offering insights and recommendations to enhance clients' NetApp environments.
- Works on key accounts of high complexity under some supervision (tiered levels based on complexity and partner size)
- Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed plan
