TSO – Developers / Computer programmers are tasked with designing and creating software programs. They are also task to provide 2nd level support to applications in production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain codes using C# .NET framework/Core Web Applications
- Set-up and configure applications.
- Create technical specifications, test plans; perform systems test, manage UAT and manage deployment activities.
- Provide 2nd level support to application issues in a timely manner (identify problems, defect tracing, identify solution).
- Conduct applications / solutions assessment vs user requirements and submit a technical recommendation. Must be capable of handling many aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing.
