Need help cleaning my computer and improving performance

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to give my desktop a thorough clean and optimize it. It’s a Windows PC with a few years of dust buildup, cluttered files, and a sluggish startup. I’d like the technician to perform a hardware dust clean, remove temporary files, uninstall unused programs, run a malware scan, and optimize startup programs.
