Core Responsibilities
- Manage all pre‑installation works: ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information on contractual scope, plan material deliveries, monitor shaft readiness, award purchase orders.
- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams: shop drawings, submittals, material samples, method statements, inspection and test plan approvals, logistic programme, daily/weekly/monthly reports, advise on variations.
