Nc Programmer (Santiago)

• Define NC Programs according to the Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering specifications.
• Support jigs and tools specification, make numerical simulations, and validate and optimize NC Programs.
• Develop & integrate the NC Program in the distribution system (DNC) or on the machine under the supervision of the Production Line or Shop floor.
• Participate in demonstration tests with Work Preparation, Quality and Production.

New Process need (or improvement), Engineering or Manufacturing Design model (material, tolerance, jigs, Digital Mock-Up). Manufacturing feedbacks (historic of maturity, old similar program).

Use applicable programming software for NC development.

NC Programs and Technical Instructions (Instruction Sheet, SOI, Simulation Test) for Numerical Control manufacturing processes.
