Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Singapore
- Build and strengthen relationships with key end users/customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead commercial negotiations and develop long-term customer engagement strategies
- Work closely with global headquarters and regional stakeholders to align local strategies with corporate objectives
- Lead business development efforts to win new accounts and expand existing customer relationships
