Job Function:
To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets for assigned product
lines / principals identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. Managing a team of well trained and motivated sales managers, supervisors and representatives across the territory through regular in-field training, coaching, clear communication, and constructive feedback mechanisms.
Key Performance Areas:
- Achieve sales, market share and growth objectives for the lines under your management through effective execution of agreed strategies and annual strategic plan.
- Use multiple data sources to analyse performance dynamics, identify product trends and opportunities and develop insight based multi-channel area business plans.
