National Sales Manager- Iberia

In Inizio Engage we are looking for a National Sales Manager in Spain for Iberia to work in very important project in the Neurological Therapeutic Area!
The National Sales Manager will:
- lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives at national level
- deliver commercial targets in line with the company strategy
- contribute to the development of a robust Sales Plan to manage the Company product portfolio
- ensure effective in-country tactical implementation of key account plans to support rapid and effective growth for the business
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop, implement and optimize sales strategies to help sales team achieve sales, market share and profit targets at national leve
- Agree and track performance of business plan objectives for the Sales Representatives and work closely with internal stakeholders to decide on best practice
