Main Purpose of Job: This position is responsible for HOD (Home Office Delivery ) business unit nationwide. •Identifies in one sentence the highest level contribution to the business results. •
Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose. -Formulate business plans specific to HOD (Home Office Delivery) to execute company’s development strategies (market level, channel strategies, geographic coverage, competitive strategy) -Forecast sales as precisely as possible to related department (factories, logistic…) to ensure total operational efficiency of the company. -Responsibility to achieve both volume growth and profitability targets as assigned annually by the company. -Develop distributors network, ensure optimum relationships and alignment with key distributors -Implement permanent visibility programme to entrench ‘Path to Purchase’...
