About the Role
As an National Quality Framework Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to the Service Support Manager and the broader operations team. You will help ensure our organisation meets all operational and regulatory requirements while supporting projects and initiatives that enhance service delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the Service Support team, ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.
- Coach and mentor the Operations team on regulatory documentation, including notifications, non-compliances, and Quality Improvement Plans.
- Review, submit, and manage regulatory reports and evidence through relevant authority portals.
- Investigate incidents, initiate corrective actions, and maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and other legislation.
