National – Maintenance Manager (Low LSM)

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of all maintenance operations across the Low LSM network. The role ensures the reliability, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of all company facilities, infrastructure, fibre network support assets, and power systems.

This position is accountable for designing and implementing best practice maintenance and facilities standards, managing preventative and corrective maintenance programmes, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements, managing contractors and internal maintenance teams, and driving continuous operational improvements. The role further ensures optimal resource utilisation, budget control, SLA compliance, quality assurance, and customer service excellence while maintaining a minimum facility power uptime target of 99.9%.
